"I was getting X-rays done and Erin was fast and gentle, but when a bump in my mouth hurt I asked her what it was, she checked and explained it is bony growth called a tori and totally normal to have. The time and information she gave while trying to be speedy and careful was very sweet. But also she gave me a life hack to up my flossing game: do it in the living room while watching tv (bonus: another hygienist said she keeps floss in her car, talk about finding ways to get it done! I needed those ideas!)
